SERVICE DISCLAIMER
We operate only as a service coordination platform. Our responsibility is strictly limited to receiving refrigerator or fridge-related service requests through our website or call advertisements and assigning an independent private technician.
Once the technician is assigned and reaches the customer’s location, all repair work, service quality, charges, spare parts, warranty, guarantee, and transactions are strictly between the customer and the technician. We do not supervise, control, or participate in the technician’s work.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our role is limited to:
• Registering customer service requests
• Assigning an available independent private technician
Beyond this, we have no involvement, authority, or responsibility.
TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITY
All repair work, spare parts used, service execution, charges, warranty, guarantee, and job completion are solely the responsibility of the assigned technician. The technician acts as an independent service provider.
PAYMENT DISCLAIMER
All payments, negotiations, advances, or charges are handled directly between the customer and the technician. We do not collect, process, or interfere in any financial transactions.
WARRANTY & GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER
Any warranty or guarantee offered is provided solely by the technician. We do not offer or assure any warranty, guarantee, or after-service support.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, appliance failure, dissatisfaction, delay, dispute, or future issues arising after the technician has been assigned or the service has been completed.
COMPLAINTS HANDLING
All complaints, disputes, dissatisfaction, or service-related issues must be resolved directly between the customer and the technician. We do not handle or take responsibility for complaints related to service quality, charges, behavior, warranty, or workmanship.
BUSINESS INFORMATION LIMITATION
Our platform is limited to service coordination only. Customers are not permitted to demand or inquire about additional business, registration, ownership, or internal company details beyond what is displayed on the website.
MISUSE, THREATS & HARASSMENT POLICY
Any misuse, harassment, false allegations, pressure tactics, or threats — including threats of police complaints, legal action, or defamation — will not be entertained.
Service-related disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the technician. Use of threats or coercion to demand refunds, free service, or compensation is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to discontinue communication and deny further coordination support in such cases.
